These terms apply to every order placed on frontiershoes.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it on WhatsApp or dispatch it. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and offer an exchange, a wait for restock, or a full refund.
Prices
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include delivery within Pakistan. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to that order. Discounted prices are shown against the original price for comparison.
Handmade variation
Every pair is handmade from natural leather. Grain, tone and stitching vary slightly between pairs and between photographs and the delivered item. Hand embroidery on Zari styles varies by hand. This variation is a normal characteristic of handmade leather goods and is not a defect.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times, charges, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for the accuracy of the details you provide. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for courier delays outside our control, or for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow the care instructions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
