Shipping & Delivery

Charges and payment

Delivery is free on every order — there is no shipping charge added at checkout. Cash on delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan, so you can inspect the pair before paying. For international orders, message us on WhatsApp with your city and country and we will quote courier charges before you order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp within one working day, then dispatched within 1–2 working days. Transit normally takes:

• Peshawar and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: 1–2 working days
• Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Punjab: 2–3 working days
• Sindh, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan: 3–5 working days

These are courier estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, Eid closures and weather in the northern districts can add a day or two.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we share the courier tracking number on WhatsApp using the number you ordered with. If you have not received tracking within three working days of your order, message us and we will follow it up with the courier.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you after two attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will contact you to re-dispatch; a second dispatch may be charged at cost if the first attempt failed because the address or phone number was incorrect.
