If you are unsatisfied in any way, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. All we ask is that you return your shoes to FrontierShoes in their original shoe box, and that you return your shoes in the same condition in which you received them.

In the event of the following circumstances, a $10 restocking fee may be applied to your return if:

  • An item is returned to an address other than FrontierShoes. Please take care to ship your return to FrontierShoes and not Merrell, the manufacturer.
  • Delivery of the order is refused by the customer and returned to our warehouse.

RETURNS

FrontierShoes offers discounted UPS return shipping for $10 per item.(This offer is not available for Hawaii and Alaska).

  • Click here to enter your order number. FrontierShoes will provide you with a printable UPS return shipping label. Your order number can be found on the confirmation email and the packing slip that was included with your shoes.
  • Simply tape the label to your return (on a protective outer box that surrounds the original shoe box) and drop it off at any UPS store or drop box.
  • You will be emailed tracking information so you can know exactly when FrontierShoes receives your return.

Do you have extra shoes in your closet that you don't need? Send them along with your return and we will donate them to Soles4Souls, a nonprofit that donates new or gently used shoes to those most in need. If you prefer to not take advantage of FrontierShoe's discounted return shipping program, unworn items may be returned to the following address without prior authorization:

Please take notice of the following guidelines when returning your Merrells:

  • Please include the order number and billing name with your shoes. Your order number can be found on the confirmation email and the packing slip that was included with your shoes.
  • We recommend trying your new Merrells first on a carpeted surface to make sure they fit perfectly as we do not accept returned shoes that show any signs of wear including scuffs, creases and soil. Damaged items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  • Please return your shoes inside their original box and ship the original shoebox inside a protective, cardboard outer box.
  • Please do not include additional packaging material including Styrofoam peanuts, paper, bubble wrap, etc.
  • If you received a free gift with your purchase, please return the free gift with any shoes that you are returning, or you may be charged the retail value of the gift.
  • Returns are processed in the order that they are received and credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your account.

EXCHANGES

For your convenience, we offer two methods of exchange.

Expedited Exchange:

If you do not wish to wait for your exchange to be processed, please select the item you would like in exchange for what you are returning and contact customer service at 1-800-966-1780 or at returns@shoescentral.net. Provided the item is in stock, your account will be charged and the exchange pair will be shipped out the next business day. A credit will be posted to your account once the original pair is returned to FrontierShoes.

Standard Exchange:

FrontierShoes now offers low cost return shipping for just $10 per item. FrontierShoes will send your exchange item via free UPS ground once we receive and process your return. Exchanges are processed in the order that they are received.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Please contact us via phone at 1-800-966-1780 or email so that we may discuss the defect and issue a defect code to apply to your return. All defective shoes will be evaluated by a manager to determine the nature of the defect and to credit your account. If a worn or damaged item is determined to be non-defective, the damaged merchandise will be returned to the customer at their expense.
